Indiantown Building Campaign
Opportunity Awaits the Children & Teens of Indiantown
In 2008 the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County committed to providing a new and permanent space to implement comprehensive youth development programs for Indiantown’s children and teens ages six to 18. Hooks Construction has been hired, and in 2012 construction will begin on a new 22,000 sq.ft. facility in the heart of Indiantown. The ground has been broken and infrastructure construction has begun!
Designed by Stuart-based architectural firm OCampo & Associates, the new clubhouse features a full-size gymnasium, performing arts space, learning & technology labs, a kitchen, and plenty of space to build and develop the potential of Indiantown’s most extraordinary asset —its children-- through Education & Career Development, Character Leadership Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.
Program effectiveness in the areas of Academic Success, Good Character and Civic Engagement and Healthy Lifestyles is a priority of ours, and as with all our Clubs will be measured using our Formula for Impact.
